After work last Thursday night, I got cleaned up at the plant and drove straight to Oakland Airport. My non stop flight to KC left on time and I just couldn't get relaxed enough to take a nap. I let the guy at the rental car counter talk me into upgrading to a 4wd SUV. Which turned out to be a good thing. Katie set up my room at the hotel she works at and it was all nice, much nicer than the Motel 6's Sandra and I usually stay at.
I took a nap then drove out to Charlie and Katy's and played with my godchildren. It was a good Friday.
