I've mentioned the great band Y&T on this blog more than once. They're as great of a band as AC/DC or Van Halen. I'm really happy Nikki Sixx plays them on his radio show.
Mark sent me the sad text tonight that bassist Phil Kennemore passed away at 57 from cancer. Here's the link from the Gibson Guitar website. And here's a short note from Y&T singer and lead guitarist Dave Meniketti. I'm bummed out about this news.
