Hideki Matsui is past his prime, though he hit more home runs than anyone on the A's last year. At 36 years old, can he match last year's performance in a pitchers park? I'm hoping so, but it seems that nobody really wants to come to Oakland and play.
Rich Harden is coming back. Its a shame he's so fragile, he had tons of upside the first time he was with Oakland. Now he's competing for the 5th starter's job.
I don't know if I'm going to any A's games next year, though I want an A's home hat. I tire of the full cavity search when you go to an A's game. And, FSM forbid you want to bring a scorebook and keep score at the game.
