2011's Boldest Girls In Showbiz » Gossip

The year in movies was quite eventful. Box office records were smashed, new-age films became successful and pre-release promotional strategies acquired a whole new level.

In the meanwhile, we also got sensational glimpses of showbiz sirens in films, magazine covers and in one case, a whole customised calender, tantalising fans with their hot avatars.

We bring you the top sensations from this year.

Lisa Haydon
After winning us over with her hot New York businesswoman character in last year's Aisha, Lisa Haydon smouldered in Rascals this year when she flaunted her model body in a bikini.
Quite an eye candy!

Minissha Lamba
Minissha Lamba shed her girl-next-door image and clothes for a sexy shoot as she appeared on the cover of Man's World this year.

Kangana Ranaut
Kangana Ranaut's fuller body is a far cry from her petite frame during her early days in Bollywood.

The actress flaunted her newly-acquired curves in a white bikini along side her costar Lisa Haydon in Rascals.

Mallika Sherawat
Mallika may have packed her bags and left to chase her Hollywood dreams but it's difficult to stay away from your homeland for too long.

So Jalebi Bai whispered sweet nothings into her fans willing ears with sporadic appearances through the year.

One such appearance yielded this smoking hot top*ess cover for FHM magazine.

Deepika Padukone
It was quite a visual treat to find leggy lass Deepika Padukone grace the cover of Maxim magazine.

The actress gave an eyeful to her fans in a black bra and hotpants. A flash of hot pink by way of a jacket sealed the deal.

Kajal Agarwal
Southern hottie Kajal Agarwal, who made her Bollywood debut opposite Ajay Devgn in Singham, was a picture of innocence as she posed top*ess in a polka-dotted pantyhose for an FHM cover.

That's ironic because the actress later alleged that the picture was morphed.

Vidya Balan
Vidya Balan conquered all with her seductive portrayal as Silk in The Dirty Picture.

While the film was a hit, Balan's performance got a well-deserved thumbs up from all quarters.
